Ipanema Beach Loft
The Ipanema Beach Loft is located just one block from Ipanema Beach between Farme de Almoedo street and Praça General Osório (the central square where you can also find the subway). The loft is located on a high floor and a towards the patio, the quiet side of the building. It has a with a big window, and offers generous light and an open view. We can even see the sea… For stays over 8 days, there is a mandatory cleaning every 8 days at the expense of the guest for 150R$ each
Good to know
The loft is new. It was designed to give maximum comfort in a small space. It is equipped with a Queen size bed, a small closet to store your cloths and personal items. It has a fully equipped kitchen with what you need for your stay, an induction cooktop, a Nespresso machine, and we have made sure you stay cool during the hot summers with an Air Condition. Further you can find a small sound system, and enjoy high-pressure shower with warm/cold water. If you are on a business travel or work from home, the high-speed internet will allow you to work and do your video conference with no interference. There is NO TV in our apartment, but relax, you are in Rio and will be busy exploring the city or enjoying the beach! The doorman is 24/7 and our door has a Keyless door lock you will activate with a personalized code. Enjoy!

The loft is designed for 2 people only. If you bring hour own baby travel bed, you can also stay with a baby or toddler. The Loft is located in a semi commercial, residential building and has building concierge and 24/7 security service.

In front of the building, you will find a supermarket (Zona Sul), a gym (Smart Fit), just next door, there are very good restaurants and bars, a taxi station, and a police station. Every Tuesdays and Fridays, the farmer market at Praça General Osorio and Praça Nossa Senhora da Paz, it offers fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh fish, meat and you can try acarajé or tapioca. On Sundays, there is the local art and craft market. Simply, the best location to stay in Rio de Janeiro.
